About Autumn Wohlwend
I build systems, tools, and creative work that help people live and communicate more intentionally. My background spans healthcare as a Licensed Practical Nurse, the U.S. Navy as a Mass Communications Specialist (photography, graphic design, videography, public affairs), and years in SEO and marketing.
In 2024, I moved to Mexico and shaped a life that felt more intentional and sustainable. Each chapter added something. None of it was wasted.
Today I focus on three areas: AI consulting systems and tone frameworks that help brands communicate consistently and honestly, apps and tools like Rule Referee that reduce friction and confusion, and creative work through poetry and photography that explores identity, perception, and meaning.
I believe that what you build should reflect how you think. Every system I create prioritizes clarity, honesty, and human understanding over spectacle.
AI Content Partner for Small Businesses
Most small business owners hand AI a task and hope for the best. The result is content that sounds like everyone else — generic, off-brand, and forgettable. I take a different approach.
I onboard AI into your business like a thoughtful new team member. Through a one-time setup process, I train AI tools on your specific voice, brand positioning, ideal client profiles, and content strategy so the content they produce sounds like you wrote it.
How AI Content Onboarding Works
- Voice Training — I study how you actually communicate: your word choices, rhythms, and the values that come through in your best work. The AI learns to write like someone who has been paying attention.
- Client Knowledge — The AI learns your ideal client profiles so every piece of content speaks to the right people. No more guessing who you're talking to.
- Brand Context — Your positioning, your differentiators, the things that make your business yours. The AI gets the same briefing a thoughtful new team member would.
- Content Pillars — I analyze your business and identify four content themes that consistently reach and engage your ideal clients. These pillars become the foundation every piece of content is built from.
What You Get
- Content That Sounds Like You — No more generic AI voice. Captions, scripts, and posts that your audience recognizes as yours.
- Hours Back in Your Week — Stop staring at blank screens or rewriting AI drafts from scratch.
- Content Strategy, Not Just Content — Plan full weeks around your ideal clients. Know what to post, when, and why it connects.
Pricing
One-time AI content system setup starting at $800. Includes voice training, client knowledge mapping, brand context development, and content pillar strategy. No monthly retainers or recurring fees.
Frequently Asked Questions
- What is AI content onboarding?
- It's a one-time setup where I train AI tools on your specific voice, brand, and audience so the content they produce sounds like you wrote it — not like a robot guessing.
- How is this different from using ChatGPT on my own?
- ChatGPT out of the box doesn't know your brand, your clients, or how you talk. I build a custom system around your voice so the AI starts from understanding, not from a blank prompt.
- What platforms does the AI create content for?
- The system I build works for any text-based content: Instagram captions, TikTok scripts, email newsletters, blog posts, LinkedIn updates — anywhere your brand needs a voice.
- How long does the onboarding take?
- Most onboardings are completed within one to two weeks. After that, you have a fully trained system ready to use immediately.
- Do I need to know anything about AI to use this?
- Not at all. I handle the technical setup. You'll receive a simple, ready-to-use system along with guidance on how to get the best results from it.

Rule Referee Was Built to Be Safe, Not Just Smart
Published February 24, 2026 · 6 min read
Most people assume Rule Referee is powered by AI. It's not. And that was the entire point. Rule Referee was designed for the family game table, where kids are learning, trust matters, and the answer needs to be right. Not probably right. Just right.
Instead of generating answers with AI, Rule Referee retrieves them from carefully written, reviewed rulebooks that live directly inside the app. No internet access required, no outside data, no unpredictable responses. Every answer is clear, simple, respectful, and safe for kids to use on their own.
Key insight: "The most important thing at the table isn't being the smartest. It's knowing the answer is fair."

How I Structured an AI System Around Human Thought
Published February 2, 2026 · 10 min read
When I started building this system, I wasn't trying to make AI sound smarter. I was trying to make it think more honestly. Most AI systems operate like a single, blended mind — memory, interpretation, retrieval, and language generation all happen at once. The result can feel impressive, but it's fragile.
This article explores a layered architecture built around four stages: Semantic Memory (storing meaning, not conversation), Intent Normalization (translating language into meaning), Deterministic Retrieval (recall without improvisation), and Clarification as a Cognitive Interrupt (pausing when something isn't clear instead of guessing).
Key insight: "I'd rather build a system that pauses than one that pretends."
